Engineers & Designers

The right system starts with the right design
We share your passion for providing top quality systems on time and on budget, we also recognize the importance of providing the necessary design information and documentation along the way.

Our in-house professional engineering team model each of our systems in 3D. They will then provide a complete set of project documents. From General Arrangements and P&ID’s down to logic diagrams and instrument data sheets. Each of the industries we work in have their own unique requirements, and each customer within that industry has their own unique preferences.

Just as we will work with you to develop a system that best meets your customer’s needs, we will also work to develop a documentation package to best meet your requirements. Whether this is the first dry chemical package you have designed or specified, or one of dozen’s, we can help. We pride ourselves in being up to date on the latest techniques and technology.

Engineering Focused?
We are too. Our professional engineering and design staff will ensure our documentation will fit with yours, seamlessly. Click here for a list of the types of project documents you can expect to see when you work with us.

We have extensive experience installing systems in a wide range of industries including:

Municipal

Water is one of the world's most important resources, so your water treatment system needs to work safely and reliably. Water and Waste Water treatment can require large quantities of chemical addition. Quicklime, Hydrated lime, Soda Ash for clarification and PH control, Powdered Activated Carbon for Taste & Odor control. With projects executed around the globe from the largest cities, to the smallest municipalities, we've probably got a system somewhere nearby.

Mining

Mining projects are located in some of the most remote areas areas of the world, and the resources available where you are, are what you have to work with. Grinding or flotation circuit pH control – we've done it. ARD/AMD/water treatment – we've done it. Heap Leach – we've done that too.

Whatever the mining duty application, we've probably done a few of them. We've delivered over a thousand different dry bulk chemical reagent systems so we've seen them all and we've probably got a system somewhere nearby.

Oil & Gas

Oil & Gas projects are located in challenging parts of the world. Remote plants and difficult weather mean the system needs to work safely & reliably. Your client lives in the highly regulated Oil & Gas market so you've got the highest level of specifications to meet. We understand these requirements. Warm lime softening, hot lime softening, silica removal in evaporators or blowdown, treatment for process water or discharge – we've done it before. Hydrated lime, Magnesium Oxide, Soda Ash – we've done it before. Need to limit carbonates in the water to prevent scaling – no problem, we can fix that too. Whatever the application, we've probably done a few of them. We've delivered over a thousand different dry bulk chemical reagent systems so we've seen them all and we've probably got a system somewhere nearby.

Power

Reliability & efficiency are important for the reagent preparation system for your client – regulatory sulphur & mercury removal requirements mean the system can't take any time off. Reagent preparation for Wet scrubbers, Dry Scrubbers, Semi-Dry Scrubbers, CFB or SDA? Dry Sorbent Injection System (DSI)? Activated Carbon Injection System (ACI)? Wastewater treatment on a Wet Scrubber? Whatever the Flue Gas Scrubbing application we've probably done a few of them. We've delivered over a thousand different dry bulk chemical reagent systems so we've seen them all and we've probably got a system somewhere nearby.

Industrial

Working for a client in an industry that wasn't listed? And still looking for an experienced system supplier? We can help you. We have the dedicated engineering capability to manage the dry reagent system details so your team can look after the important stuff.

We share the same goals as you - delivery on time, and on budget. In order to get there we need to work through the important details and provide your engineers with all of the information they require. Whatever the chemical is that you are handling we've probably done a few of them. We've delivered over a thousand different dry bulk chemical reagent systems.
